ILLEGAL WORKERS ARRESTED
Fourteen workers at a Bernard Matthews factory in Great Witchingham have been arrested on the grounds that they were suspect illegal immigrants.
A number of these workers are claimed to be Brazilian masquerading as Portuguese.
All were in possession of extremely high quality forged documents.
The company co-operated fully with the authorities and no action will be taken because it was considered that they were acting in good faith.
